I love this product. I try and take them 3 x a day and with the Cell press as well it seems to help. I was stuck at a plateau for months and once I started these I started losing again... 7 pounds in 2 wks, thats really good for me, my gym time is limited and it helps with my hunger.
I am taking this with Lipo Bc as recommended, not seeing a whole lot of difference sure do not feel different, but I am loosing weight, exercising alot too....
I really like the VitaBese alot I am up very late at night and I try not to eat supper later than 6:00pm so I tend to get very hungry and these work wonders.
