I purchased the lime green pedometer from the site. I can't even tell you, it is so cute and small! I threw it into my shopping cart mostly because of the price (a lot cheaper than the others).
I read the information on the site, and decided to try it and get my 10,000 steps per day as recommended. I have a job that keeps me at my computer some days and I run around like mad on the others. On the days that I'm moving, I easily got 5 to 7,000 steps. I did have to get on my treadmill to get the extra ones. I also started walking around the yard and stuff while my kids played to get the extra steps. I came up with a lot of ways to walk more daily because I was so wanting to get to the 10,000 steps, it was like a challenge! My weight started coming off more quickly after I started wearing the pedometer, on average 1-2 pounds a week (I'm taking the B12 with Lipotropics and I've been very happy). The pedometer also helped me get off my behind on the days that I was at my desk. I pretty much had to exercise on those days, but since I had a goal of 10,000 steps, it kind of gave me the extra gumption to "do what needed to be done."
On the negative, it was hard not to get extra steps on the pedometer when I pulled my pants up and down to go to the bathroom. The only way I could get around it was to wear a skirt.
