Breakfast is a tough meal for me. Based on my past experience with low-carb diets, I prefer eggs and meat. I have cut down on pancakes/waffles to perhaps once a week.

I'm wondering what y'all think of the Weight Watchers' Oatmeal that was featured on Biggest Loser this past season.

I bought a box. It makes a great substitute for cereal on mornings when I'm running late to work, and it tastes pretty good.

About the only problem with the Oatmeal--or any of the other high-fiber products I've tried in recent months--is the, uh, intestinal consequences!!

I feel like I need to spray air freshener behind me everywhere I go. Whew!
