I have registered all of the Dr. Gates video blogs on four video/social networking sites: Delicious, Digg, Reddit, and Simpy. Now comes the easy part--your input.

News networking sites are democratically driven. They post news and videos on various main pages. The videos' location on these pages is primarily based on the popularity of these new/video items. As users surf the Internet throughout the day, they can recommend articles or videos for others to watch. The more "diggs" you get, for example, the more likely more people will view the article or video, and the more people will drop by to check out whatever else you have to offer by bookmarking your site.

What you need to do now is look at the individual video pages. Below each video is a series of icons. The Delicious icon is a checkerboard, the Digg has a guy with a shove, the Reddit has an alien, and the Simpy has three circles.
When you click on each one of these, you will be taken to the site. You will be asked to log in (please develop a profile, once you have, you can automatically recommend anything on them). Then you can register a digg or recommendation. The sites offer opportunities to rank items higher (please do) or lower, and you can also leave comments on each.

I have also uploaded one of the videos to my Facebook account. This isn't the same as Delicious or Reddit, but it increases our exposure nonetheless, at least to the fifty or so friends I have.

Delicious, Digg, Reddit and Simpy are great resources, and these platforms are ideal ways to get the word out.
