I currently take a B12 shot weekly that has Adenosine in it. I am also taking Lipo Bc pills. Can I still do one of your plain B12 and poss B6 shots weekly? I feel the one I take from the weight loss clinic I go to wear off by the 3rd or 4th day.

I'm guessing the shot I take is like your B12 Lipoden and the pills are pill form for the Lipotropics. Please let me know what YOU think.

This would really depend on the dosing. Unfortunately, this is hard to answer without the exact ingredients in the injections you are taking. Even our B6 shots are combined with B12, so it's really hard for me to give you correct information.
