I really liked this shake because of the thickness. You do have to use a mixer/blender to get it to mix with the water. It will not just shake up in
a bottle.

For people who enjoy a really thick chocolate shake, then these are definitely for you! I, personally, like a thinner texture shake that I can drink
down really quick and get out the door. I found that I liked these better when made into a pudding. Add a dollup of non-fat Whipped Topping, a few
slivered almonds and Voila!! A great treat that's also good for me!
