What would my workouts look like if Kyle Mainor were my personal trainer?
Considering that--until I recently began training for a half-marathon--my strongest workout routine was composing creative ways to give up, mine would certainly seem a lot different.
Consider the following excuses:
It's too cold outside.
I've worked hard this week.
I'll double-up on the weekend
I have no arms or legs*
The last excuse is Kyle's, and he doesn't use it. He didn't use it when he played nose guard on his high school football team. He didn't use it to get out of wrestling (36-16 record in high school).
Instead, he is setting up his own gym in Atlanta--and he's calling it, "No Excuses."
Now that's inspiring!
