Vitabese works in two ways; as an appetite controller and as a fat and sugar binder. Before meals, taken with an 8 oz glass of water, Vitabese can swell seven times its dry volume in the stomach. I love this product. I try and take them 3 x a day and with the Cell press as well it seems to help. I was stuck at a plateau for months and once I
started these I started losing again... 7 pounds in 2 wks, thats really good for me, my gym time is limited and it helps with my hunger.
