Vitabese works in two ways; as an appetite controller and as a fat and sugar binder. Before meals, taken with an 8 oz glass of water, Vitabese can swell seven times its dry volume in the stomach. I am taking this with Lipo Bc as recommended, not seeing a whole lot of difference sure do not feel different, but I am loosing weight, exercising
alot too....

I was sceptical at first, but I've come to love them. Every time I take them I get hungry, but over this last 3.5 weeks I have lost almost I0 pounds
