Now see, I have always gotten the fried sandwich instead because I failed to look at their nutritional menu! Now I know better!

Going to fast food is usually an act of calorie denial for me. I'm glad to see that I can still get a filling meal without consuming too many calories. The different in calories between grilled and fried chicken is tremendous--the difference in taste, not so much.
