It's great being able to get tips/pointers from Dr. Gates himself! The internet can be so cold and impersonal at times, and this video warms it up in a fantastic way. It's like I'm there in Georgia, even though I'm 1,000 or more miles away! I'm glad I'm on the right track using my Calorie King and going to company websites for Nutritional info before going out to eat. It's an extra step that I'm adding along with the B12 + Lipotropic Injections, but one that's making the weight come off! Thanks for all you do, Doctor Gates!
