Or however it's spelled LOL! I put some on the side of my salad at Jason's Deli the other day and spread it on some nutty crackers and OMgosh! It was sooooooo good!

Humus is not only good. It is high in protein. It's gorbonzo (sp)?beans.

I THOUGHT it was garbonzo beans or some type of beans!! They had this stuff flavored kinda Mexican-y spicelike and it was incredible!! But....... I don't know if it was all the salad and the extra roughage or the humus but.... well... let's just say.... "Um, ma'am, can you point me to where they keep the Beano??" :o

Humus ROCKS, I don't know if you have a Trader Joes where you live, its a small grocery store that stocks hard to finds but here they are all over and they carry several diff flavors. I spread it on celery sticks, YUMMO!

I was thinking it may have chickpeas in it.... but I could be wrong there... gonna go research that. just cuz I' way curious now.
