HI All!

Of course I have seen all the wonderful meals that have been posted, so here is an area where we can really show off our meals.

Here you can post any and all ideas of you favorite diet or healthy lunch.

Please tell all the normal nutritional values and serving sizes. Use Dr Gates' example on the main website if you want to.

Please say why this is a good lunch, and which diet it would be used for. Also, if you have any healthy "maintaining" lunches for anyone, please post those also.

These meals can be simple or complicated.

This is just one more way we can help each other get to where we want to be.

ONE VERY IMPORTANT NOTE - if you copied it from somewhere else, please provide the person or company credits on the post.

WE don't want to get into trouble for copying material that is not ours.

Anyway, making up our own meals is more fun.

Have fun eating! And feel free to Start Posting! (-:>

Sorry, I dont eat big lunches. I eat my protein/fruit smoothie for breakfast and my dinner then a snack after that. Just too busy to do a "real" lunch.

I do usually grab a piece of fruit and drink water for lunch...

So its not that people are ignoring the topic, its just that most people make big breakfasts or dinners, not lunch...usually...

Well, let's see.

One diet lunch coming up! (-:>

Any of the frozen lunches that fit the right numbers and are about 200 calories, a diet soda, or better yet - WATER, and a small diet snack - small bag of diet popcorn or a piece of fruit. (Apples are my favorite). You can grab a frozen lunch right out of your freezer on the way out the door. OR if your company has a freezer, you can bring two or three at a time and keep some extras in there. And DIET small bags of microwave popcorn are great to keep in your desk. It is quick and not so bad for someone on the run.

Is it the most healthy thing you can eat for lunch? NO. BUT, if you keep breakfast and dinner healthy you should be fine.

Good luck.

And anyone with any other ideas for lunch, no matter how quick or small, please post them. I would love to see what others eat for lunch.

(or in JAZ case - Drink for lunch) (-:>
