I ordered the lipo BC pills and they should be here today or tomorrow. I'm hoping they will boost what I'm already doing. I got phentermine and a b12 lipo injection last Wednesday. So, far I have lost 5 pounds this week. I was stuck at 157 forever, so when I hit the 140 range I guess I'll be satisfied I'm over the slump. Something else I know that works is Green tea pills, kelp pills and apple cider vinegar pills all taken simultaneously. I was on those for about 3 or 4 months and went from 200 to 157, then I hit the dreaded plateau. Of course during that time I was also on what I like to call a modified diabetic type diet. I basically just tried to cut out bad carbs and tried to stay pretty low on sugar and sat fat intake. I had gestational diabetes with my son, so I kinda knew what not to eat, etc.

I've been taking Alli for almost two weeks now and I haven't had any side effects. As long as you stay within 16 grams of fat I guess you're okay. I was 186lbs when I started and now I'm 180. I started working out last week on Monday so I'm not sure how much of the weight loss is Alli, and how much is everything else. Good luck to all!

Hi All. I actually purchased it last November and when Thanksgiving came I stopped taking it because I was afraid of the leakage. I never experienced the leakage so as long as you stay within the 16 grams of fat you're okay. If I know I can't chance the leakage, because once I experience it, I'm off the stuff for good!
