The main thing I am learning and loving about it is that it also is a human way of living...meaning you are saving animals from cruelty on the farms, the way they are raised, from being born to being in the supermarket. These animals suffer great amounts of cruelty, kept in un-healthy living quarters, so tightly together, they cannot move, they are also treated with cruelty when being born as well, along with the mother.
